What means "HiSpeed + Telephony subscription" ?

The new prices and special offers are only valid by subscribing to a LOL CABLE product together with a telephony service (Cable Phone). Existing users have to do a new telephony subscription to get the new prices. Only users who "ported" their number to Luxembourg Online, don't need to do this.

Is everything included in the price of 26 €, the CABLETV service and the Internet access ?

Yes, LOL CABLE products each include the CABLETV service and the Internet access.

Is the announced bandwidth guaranteed ?

The announced bandwidth (Down-/upload) of the LOL CABLE products is not guaranteed, but represents the maximum bandwidth. The real bandwidth depends among other things on the distance between the installation address and the teledistribution point as well as on the intern installation of the client (cables, equipment).

Test your speed here!

The "bit" is the smallest information unit used by the computer, its value is 0 or 1.
1 octet = 1 byte = 8 bit

1 kbps = 1 kilo-bit per second = 1000 bit per second
1 ko/s = 1 kilo-octet per second = 8000 bit per second = 8 kbps

What do I do if the service doesn't work anymore ?

After checking if all the cables are properly connected, you may check if you receive your TV-channels as usually. If that's not the case, the problem is probably on the teledistribution network. In that case, please contact either Eltrona S.A (49 94 66-22) or the Antenne Collective according to the network you use.
In case of other problems, you're welcome to contact the helpdesk of Luxembourg Online (45 25 64), who is going to analyze and try to resolve your problem. We also advise you to verify the documents we sent you as well as our online help section.
