Technical conditions |

- LOL CABLE is only available on the bi-directional CableTV network of Eltrona, Nokia Siemens Networks, Télédistribution-Walferdange and the Antenne Collective Ettelbruck and Schieren.
- Your internal network has to be bi-directional, if it's not, modifications are possible on your network to allow the use of the service.
- Your computer needs to have either an ethernet or a USB port
- To verify if LOL CABLE is available at your address, please have a look at the street list. |

Registration form |
|
In order to register, you should download the registration form, fill it out and send it back by fax or regular mail ! |

|
Confirmation and installation date |
|
After having sent the registration form to Luxembourg Online, you receive a confirmation during the following days. Don't forget to indicate a phone number where you are available on the form. Our customer service is going to contact you at that number to fix an CABLETV installation date. |

|
Modem |
|
The cable modem necessary to use the service can be bought at Luxembourg Online S.A. or Eltrona S.A.. It will be delivered the day of the installation. The modem is preconfigured for the access. Modems/accessories... |

Installation |
|
The planning service of Eltrona and the Antenne Collective proceeds to the verification of your internal configuration and in case proposes you a modification to make your configuration compatible to the service.
The installation (60 € incl. VAT) will take place the day settled with our customer service. The modem will be delivered and installed during the installation. The technician in charge will check on his laptop if everything works fine, he is not in charge of the configuration of your computer. |
